By Plane:
London Heathrow is the most convenient airport. Travellers can take the Heathrow Express train from the airport to Paddington station in central London, then use the tube lines.·
- Gatwick: take the Gatwick Express to Victoria station, then take a taxi or use the tube. Note: Gatwick Express train service may be suspended; use a taxi or bus as an alternative·

London Business School is served by the 13, 113, 274, and N113 bus lines. All buses accept contactless payments (e.g., tap card or use smartphone). We recommend checking Google Maps in real time to understand the best bus option.
Unfortunately, we cannot organise travel visas. If you require a visa for travel into the United Kingdom, you will have to apply for a visa to enter the UK from your location.
Unfortunately, we are a non-profit event and charge minimum ticket prices to cover basic costs, in addition to the generous funds from our conference sponsors. However, we aim to ensure that every individual who wants to attend the 22nd Annual MENA Conference can join us, regardless of their financial situation. Thus, if you face any barriers to attending the LBS MENA Conference, please email us at info@lbsmena.com with a brief explanation of your situation, and we will do our best to help you.
Please do not attend the conference if you develop symptoms associated with COVID-19, such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath. Upon communicating your health situation to the conference team, we will issue a refund. The sessions are recorded and can be found on our YouTube channel and other social media platforms.
Unfortunately, we only accept registration through the portal, and you will need to use a card to pay for your tickets. However, if you face any problems, please get in touch with our team, and we will help you. If you want to come, nothing should stop you; we will remove all barriers to help you join us.
Yes, the London Business School's North building is well-equipped to provide easy access for wheelchairs, and there is an elevator that can take you to the second floor of the building.
Business formal or business casual is the expected dress code for the conference. Our event is one of the flagship events of London Business School, and covered by extensive media coverage.
