Ramzi is one of Razor Capital’s founders coming off the back of an investment banking career assessing risk and financial soundness of companies across multiple sectors. He understands a company through its numbers and margins, and continuously questions and refines business model integrity. He has a masters degree from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and a BA from the American University of Beirut.
Ramzi is a keen participant in company committees and strives for excellence in management by coaching and mentoring young founders. He is a social activist who is always looking to create a positive impact in the companies and organizations Razor Capital is invested in. Ramzi currently sits on the Boards of Podeo - MENA's largest podcasting platform, HAQQ - MENA's legal tech enablement platform, Wakilni - the Levant's fastest growing e-commerce infrastructure and logistics platform, as well as the Board of American University of Beirut's Innovation Park.
