I. Conference Executive Committee

Talal Alamoudi – Content Lead, (MBA 2027)

Talal is an MBA candidate (Class of 2027) with a background in strategy consulting, garnered at 

Bain & Company’s Riyadh office. He holds an MSc in Environmental Engineering from the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) and a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California. Actively engaged in youth empowerment initiatives in Saudi, Talal is passionate about sustainable development.

Marianne Jbeyli – Marketing Lead & Club Marketing VP, (MBA 2027)

Marianne is an MBA candidate (Class of 2027) with a background in strategy consulting. She holds an MEng in Computer and Communications Engineering. At Bain & Company Middle East, Marianne led several transformation strategies for the Saudi and Emirati public sectors, including in relation to workforce development, capability building, sports and entertainment, and waste management.

Farah Nassef – Operations Lead, (MFA 2026)

Farah is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Financial Analysis (Class of 2026), building on her BA in Finance from the University of Manchester. One of the youngest members of our team, Farah completed several banking and corporate finance internships in Cairo and is interested in building a career in strategy consulting.

Aljohara Alabdulkarim – Outreach & Partnerships Lead, (MBA 2027)

AlJohara is an MBA candidate (Class of 2027) with a background in public sector transformation and business development. She last served in the Advisory Unit of HRH the MinisterMa Office at the Ministry of Energy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. AlJohara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Prince Sultan University. 

Sara Altamimi – Outreach & Partnerships Lead, (MBA 2027)

Sara is an MBA candidate (Class of 2027) with a background in strategy consulting. At Boston Consulting Group (BCG)’s Riyadh office, she worked closely with senior government stakeholders on complex public and semi-public sector engagements spanning pension reform, urban planning, financial sustainability, and mega-projects. She holds a BSc in Finance from King Saud University. 

Yousef Dukhan – Outreach & Partnerships Lead, (MBA 2027)

Yousef is an MBA candidate at London Business School (Class of 2027). Yousef’s last role was as an investment analyst at the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development. As General Manager at Ozone Cinemas, Yousef has also led growth strategies in that sector. He holds an MSc in Financial Management from Pace University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Gulf University for Science and Technology. 

Fatima El Faki – Outreach & Partnerships Lead, (MFA 2026)

Fatima is a Master’s in Financial Analysis (Class of 2026) student at London Business School. She has internship experience in private equity and working with startups across MENA and emerging markets. Fatima holds a BA in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Oxford.

Maria Germanos – Outreach & Partnerships Lead, (MBA 2027)

Maria is an MBA candidate (Class of 2027) with a background in strategy consulting. At Boston Consulting Group (BCG)’s Riyadh office, Maria primarily worked on large-scale tourism and entertainment megaprojects across the region. Maria grew up in Lebanon and holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics from the American University of Beirut (AUB). Outside of work and study, Maria enjoys board games and organising events.

Khalid Jefri – Outreach & Partnerships Lead, (MBA 2027)

Khalid is an MBA candidate (Class or 2027) with a background in strategy consulting. He holds an MSc in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a BSc in Industrial Engineering, both from the University of Southern California. At Strategy& Middle East, he advised public and private sector clients across the Gulf on large-scale strategy and transformation initiatives across the real estate, sustainability, energy, culture, and telecommunications domains.

II. Conference Board

Khaled Alawadhi – Conference Co-President, (MBA 2026)

Khaled is an MBA candidate (Class of 2026) with a background in debt capital markets and private credit. He previously held roles at the Public Institution for Social Security Kuwait and the Gulf Investment Corporation. He holds a BSc in Economics and Finance from Bentley University. Outside of work and study, he avidly enjoys playing tennis.

Abdul Aziz Al-Sibaai – Conference Co-President, (MBA 2026)

Abdul Aziz is an MBA candidate (Class of 2026) with a background in strategy consulting. As a Consultant with McKinsey in Riyadh, his work centered on engagements related to the public sector and investments. He holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Outside of work and study, he enjoys spending time in the outdoors and reading.

Ghazi H. Sa’ad Eddin II – MENA Club Co-President, (MBA 2026)

Ghazi is an MBA candidate (Class of 2026) with a background in venture capital and government. He holds the MA in Arab Studies and the Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service, both from Georgetown University, and served on the Executive Committee of the 22nd Annual MENA Conference. Outside of work and study, he enjoys strength and endurance training, non-fiction reading, and music.

Julie Assad – MENA Club Co-President, (MBA 2026)

Julie is an MBA candidate (Class of 2026) with a background in financial services and management consulting. She holds a BSc in Economics from the Lebanese America University (LAU). At Oliver Wyman, Julie focused on the intersection between fiscal and public policy across the GCC, having worked with development banks, ministries of finance, and sovereign wealth funds. 

Carla Daccache – Club Treasurer, (MBA 2026)

Carla is an MBA candidate (Class of 2026) with a background in strategy consulting and M&A advisory, having advised senior executives across technology-led businesses. She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the American University of Beirut (AUB), and, in addition to serving as Club Treasurer, is currently co-leading the Tech Club’s FinTech pillar.
